2. GRANT OF LICENSE (ACCESS RIGHTS) Butet Mengajar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the educational content solely for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes. Under this license, you strictly MAY NOT:

Share your account credentials with others. One account is valid for one individual user only.
Copy, modify, record, download, or distribute any part of the materials (videos, quizzes, roadmaps) for commercial purposes or public display.
Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any software contained in the Butet Mengajar platform.

3. ACCOUNT AND SECURITY You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information (username and password). You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Butet Mengajar reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect suspicious activity, such as simultaneous logins from multiple distinct locations/devices, which suggests account sharing.

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS

Pricing: Services are offered on a subscription basis (e.g., Monthly, Yearly) as detailed on our Pricing Page.
Payment: Access is granted immediately upon successful payment via our supported payment gateways (Bank Transfer, E-Wallets, QRIS).
No Refund Policy: As Butet Mengajar provides digital goods with immediate access to proprietary content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the subscription has been activated, except in cases of proven technical billing errors (e.g., double charging).

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS All content included in or made available through Butet Mengajar, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, video clips, digital downloads, and data compilations is the property of Butet Mengajar or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Butet Mengajar makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

Academic Results: We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or passing of specific examinations (e.g., UTBK, SNBT, School Exams). Success depends on the User's individual effort and understanding.
Uptime: While we strive for 24/7 availability, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free due to maintenance or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

7. TERMINATION Butet Mengajar reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, and without a refund, if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to:

Unauthorized sharing of account access.
Copyright infringement.
Harassment or abusive behavior within the community features.

8. PRIVACY POLICY Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information (Name, Email, Phone Number) for account verification and service improvement purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

9. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through amicable negotiation or subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indonesia.
